The Space

Situated on the alley side of the beautiful brick-laid Jones Street, the carriage house is among many of the historic buildings of Savannah that take you back to the colonial past. Enter the second-floor cottage from your private entrance. As you head upstairs, you immediately enter an open-concept design between the kitchen and living room. Although small, the carriage house was designed to maximize your space and provide a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen provides ample storage space and is fully equipped with everything you need. Featuring brand-new appliances, pots, pans, cookware, and dishware, you will have everything you need to cook during your stay. Extended stays are easy with a washer/dryer combination tucked under the kitchen cabinets. Directly off the kitchen is a comfortable wrap-around sectional providing dining space with a raised coffee table. A smart TV hangs on the wall, ready to stream your favorite shows while you unwind from a day of exploring. Down the short hallway, you will find one bedroom and one bathroom. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, new custom tile, and a single vanity. The bathroom has all the essentials, including toilet paper, towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. At the back of the cottage is the one bedroom featuring a comfortable queen mattress wrapped in fresh linens and plush pillows. Oversized nightstands provide additional storage, and a dedicated workspace makes this a perfect place to set up a home office if working remotely during your stay.

Guest Access

The entire carriage house is for your use! There is a shared courtyard with plenty of seating in the back that you may use at your convenience. This area is hardly ever used by anyone else but is technically shared. You must enter through the garage/storage area.
