Super cozy guest suite on a beautiful property. Quick uber trip to downtown. The host was very helpful and kind , and the bed was super comfortable! We would definitely stay here on future trips to Savannah.

This bungalow is a super cozy and quite nook near Forsythe park, with plenty of amenities, super comfortable beds and off street parking. It is an easy walk to most everywhere we wanted to go, including the parks, all around the historic and Victorian districts and downtown.

We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Savannah.

Chase was super easy to contact and always was quick to respond. He definitely makes sure his place is perfect and is always ready to help and make sure it is perfect. Highly recommend staying there. Great location. Close to everything but far enough it’s peaceful in the evening.

Chase’s place was fantastic. Very close to downtown Savannah and a quick drive to the beach. Be careful coming in and out of the driveway it is pretty inconveniently located on the street. There was Kroger very close. They even had shampoo and soap in the shower which was very nice. Super stylish place and a great stay all in all. Would highly recommend!

We loved the Park Ave Cottage - location, cleanliness, the space and decor, and amenities. The space is wonderful. Chase was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. This is now our benchmark for Airbnb excellence! Would definitely return on another trip to Savannah.
