Chase was instrumental in helping us in our decision to turn our long-term rentals into short-term vacation rentals and we have not looked back. He has been managing our units for almost 3 years and his professionalism and attention to detail allows us to have peace of mind knowing the units are being well taken care of. His staff is top-notch and every time I go into a unit it is sparkling clean. He constantly stays on top of the trends and will suggest needed changes to ensure not only guest satisfaction but also that we are getting the most bang for our buck.
