Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! We offer a washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience. WiFi and smart TV's included.

We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

The Neighborhood

We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!

Getting around

You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

That said, if you are bringing a car, you will have to visit Parking Services at 100 E Bryan St, Savannah, GA 31401 to obtain a pass for more information, visit their website (City of Savannah Mobility & Parking Services).

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Brandon and Chase’s property was clean and comfortable. They were also extremely responsive and would answer within a few minutes. There was plenty of room for myself, mom and brother. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place! Be prepared for some noise because it’s on a main road with a fair amount of traffic. The apartment is comfortable and so are the beds. Nice people and nice location.

Brandon and Chase’s place was great for our weekend trip. Clean, spacious, and located in the best part of Savannah. We hardly used the car to go anywhere. I would stay there again! Thanks guys!

Great location central to lots of activities - very walkable area. The space was clean and pretty. The building was quiet and easy to find and access yet secure.

Brandon & Chase and their place were wonderful. The location was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures - they were even able to easily accommodate check-in a bit earlier since our flight came in earlier in the afternoon. Everything in historic Savannah was within walking distance and we (3 girls traveling) always felt safe in the area. I would definitely recommend to others in the future!

Great location to stay in Savannah, located in the historic district near tons of great spots. It's only a block away from a free shuttle stop as well that will take you to lots of good stops. You can stay here and walk to most things. The apartment itself was clean, but the communal areas and hallways are absolutely disgusting. The smell is so bad we all held our breath getting to the appointment from the elevator. Fortunately that smell does not get into the apartment. I didn't knock the rating for it because the place itself was nice and I'm not sure how much control the hosts have in those shared areas, but it's something to note. There is traffic noise from the main street you are on, and noise from other apartments, so if you're sensitive to that, keep that in mind when booking. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating before and during the stay. I would say here again, and would definitely book with Brandon and Chase again.
