We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!

Getting around

You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

We loved our stay here! Brandon & Chase were super friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our questions! The apartment was so cute and comfortable we felt right at home. The building itself was great too, very quiet and we felt safe the whole time. Would definitely stay here again!!

I loved my stay here at this property! Super walkable to river st (15 minutes) and restaurants much closer than that. Not too loud at night (December time). Very cozy place. 10/10 recommend!!

This place is exactly as pictured and in a very walkable location: Owens-Thomas house, Davenport House, Juliette Low Museum, Children's art museum, the riverfront, etc are all within a few minutes walk. Sometimes at night you can hear loud cars, but it's a city, so I imagine that would happen at any rental. The living room had plenty of seating for our family of four, and the hosts were extremely responsive. It's is a great value for the price.

A beautiful place and a great location in a quiet and historic building. We walked to everything: restaurants, museums churches, monuments, the city market- all so easy. Pretty decor and super clean. With a full kitchen, comfortable beds, w/d, hairdryer, coffee and even an umbrella- they provided a sanctuary in the city.
