Getting around

Are you driving into town? The apartment provides one free garage pass to the Whitaker St. garage (7 Whitaker St.) but there may also be opportunities to park closer on the street out front or a block down (self-pay). Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker & Broughton stop just a 1-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
Want more options? Download the city’s local version of Uber called “The Downtowner” and they will pick you up for free!

Guest Access

The entire apartment is set up for your use! Please be courteous of others around you, there are many full-time occupants in the building. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. We offer a parking pass on the table when you walk in that will get you in and out of the Whitaker Street Parking Garage (7 Whitaker St.)! It's roughly 6 blocks down but a straight shot (easy walk).

Other things to note

Absolutely NO parties.
Absolutely NO pets!
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.

I had a wonderful stay! If you’re looking for something walking distance from bars/restaurants this is where you want to be. The hosts were friendly, responded fast and we felt right at home! Highly recommend.

The perfect location for exploring Savannah. Almost everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance and any tours we took picked us up at the nearby square. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Brandon and Chase were great to work with and we will definitely be back soon.

We love this location in downtown Savannah and look forward to our next stay at one of Brandon & Chase's units. Plenty of things in walking distance to eat, drink, shop, relax. The added bonus of having a parking pass was nice and only a few blocks away. This unit had plenty of amenities and was great for 2 people. We have stayed in another one of their units that had 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and enjoyed that space too.

My partner and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Brandon and Chase’s place. It was beautiful, updated, very clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. And the location was amazing, it felt like we were in the middle of everything. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. They also provided convenient free parking which was a huge plus. For any first timers to Savannah like us who are looking to experience the city, this is the place to stay. Thanks so much.

This was the perfect place for visiting Savannah. The location was excellent for whatever direction you wanted to go in to explore the city. We felt right at home at this place. Access was easy, place was as described and it helped make our visit to Savannah as enjoyable as could be. Would highly recommend this place for you visit to Savannah.

Loved this space that Brandon and Chase offered! Everything was clean and as pictured, they even had some fun St. Patrick’s day items for me when I arrived! They made the check in and check out process super easy. As other reviews stated it can be noisy at night, but it’s to be expected when staying downtown during St. Patrick’s day. Super convenient parking despite the garage being a few blocks away there is street parking in the front that you can pay for on our own. Overall so happy with the location and comfortability of this place and would definitely recommend Brandon and Chase! They were always so quick to reply to my messages and accommodate a few requests!

Our stay was wonderful. The Airbnb is right in downtown and it was easy to walk to just about everything. We really enjoyed our time staying here and are ready to plan our next trip back!
