This early 1900's bungalow has been completely renovated to keep up with modern times while maintaining its beautiful originality. This is made evident in the large trim and tall ceilings throughout. The gorgeous hardwood floors are completely original and have been refinished to pristine condition. We offer a generous front porch with original hand rails and balusters to showcase that true southern living.

Space

We have an extremely spacious 2 bed/2 bath. It was converted from an original 3 bedroom and we even added a large addition off of the back of the house. The master bedroom is more than generous, with a huge walk-in closet and true master bath with separate tub and shower. You will not be disappointed in this luxurious space. The other bedroom has a spacious closet and quick access to the shared bath as well. We have a HUGE eat-in kitchen with a never-ending island that has enough space to host your own cooking show on.

The Neighborhood

We are just a couple of blocks north of the Baldwin Park neighborhood near some new local restaurants/breweries. Not far at all from Daffin Park - great for running/riding bikes! Wholefoods is only 1.5 miles from the house, less than 5 minute drive.

Getting around

Though we're not in a prime location to walk to everything, there are bus stops not far at all and of course Uber/Lyft are always easy to hire.

Guest Access

You have the entire house to yourself, with a huge driveway off the side. Comes with cable/internet and a security/alarm system.

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Other things to note

We offer a security/alarm system and has a camera which is for security purposes only but we do keep that monitored to our discretion.

We stayed here for 5 weeks working remotely and enjoying the pleasant Savannah weather. This small house is in a great location where you can walk to so many places - Daffin and Forsyth Park, Thomas Square and the historic district. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The 2 bedroom/bathroom house is clean with all the appliances and fixtures you need with off-street parking, a small back yard and relaxing front porch. Brandon and Chase provided easy and clear instructions and the photos and amenities listing is spot on. The house was clean, the wi-fi worked well and the place was very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

The bungalow was impeccably clean and spacious and Brandon and Chase were very responsive. It’s located where you can easily walk or bike to downtown Savannah and Starland businesses. We felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood is a mix of well maintained and not so well maintained homes. I highly recommend staying here if you enjoy city living!

Brandon and Chase's place is a steal and I would definitely recommend. You can't beat the neighborhood. It's walking distance from SO many cute places. It's nice to have parking and also be pretty close to downtown. I was by myself but the house is very spacious. It became my home and I'm sure it would to anyone else who stayed there long term. Or short term for a fun getaway!
