The stay was wonderful. Perfect location and nice hosts who were easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and felt like home. The only thing to consider is you can hear other guests through the walls. They provide ear plugs and if the guests next door are respectful you should be fine, but it may be a consideration if you are noise sensitive.

We loved our stay! The location could not have been better! The bed was so comfy and the entire home was pristine. I loved all the local recommendations from Brandon and Chase. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Savannah and if we come back again we will definitely stay here! Thanks Brandon and Chase!

We checked in on a Saturday and spent 6 nignts. We were able to find a spot on the street for our entire visit very convenient to the Condo. The location was PERFECT. We were close enough to easily walk all the way to the Riverwalk, Broughton, and All the restraunts we wanted to go to. it was quiet at night by being perfectly tucked away. The room itself was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures. It was extremely clean and lots of little extras, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud LITERALLY so comfortable. My ONLY complaint was although we could watch Live TV in both the living room amd the bedroom we never could log into our own streaming accounts so no Netflix, Hulu or Paramount for us. Brandon and Chase did try to help but I felt like the owner had it locked. TBH is is minor considering everything else this place offered for the price. We would stay there again.

This is where you want to stay! It's very centrally located - and yet, at the same time, not on one of the super touristy streets like Bay or Broughton. The best of being close to everything but still a calm neighborhood feel. The unit looks exactly like the photos - no bait & switch. Hosts were great; gave clear instructions and then let us be! No wacky list of chores at the end of the stay, totally easy check in and out. I don't understand other reviews griping about noise. If you've ever lived in an apartment or stayed in a hotel, you'll be fine. If I had to be fair and say something less than perfect, it's that this is a basement unit, so there isn't much of a view of beautiful Chippewa Square from inside the unit. We tended to leave the blinds closed as it's otherwise easy for passers by to look in. But that was pretty soundly outweighed by being able to walk out the front door and into the square to read and enjoy a coffee.

Excellent location, beautifully appointed inside, only suggestion would be to opt for upstairs rooms next time due to foot traffic in room above. We’d definitely stay here again!
