This adorable cottage is right on Park Avenue just 2 blocks away from the renowned Forsyth Park! Come rock or swing with us on the front porch and soak up the southern lifestyle. Our traditional design and warm decor welcomes you to kick up your feet, relax and feel at home. This property boasts a very spacious rear patio that's totally covered and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while maintaining total privacy. We welcome ALL walks of life! **Comes with FREE access to THE ZOO HEALTH CLUB during your stay**

Space

We offer a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, with a queen in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We have (rare) off-street parking in the back to use at your leisure (can fit 2 cars snugly).

The Neighborhood

We are just TWO blocks away from the south end of Forsyth Park where there is an AWESOME coffee shop, natural food grocery store, wine shop and a few killer restaurants. You can't beat this location!

Getting around

There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (https://www.connectonthedot.com/new-dot-express-shuttle-services/) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Brandon & Chase have a lovely spot close to the park and historic downtown! Check in was smooth and easy, their instructions were clear, and the proactively reached out upon arrival to see if we needed anything. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this stay!

This place was great! House was very nice, and felt relaxed and comfortable. Brandon and Chase were great hosts. Very responsive and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer if we could. Would highly recommend this place. Easy to walk around to places as well.

Lovely, well-appointed, sparkling-clean home in the awesome historic district. Communication with hosts was easy and timely, and check in was smooth. Coffee on the front porch was serene, and being within walking distance to so many local hotspots was a bonus! Would stay at this property again and highly recommend!

This home in Savannah was lovely. There was plenty of room for the four of us. We were originally staying at another Airbnb, but needed to move after the first night due to a horrible musty smell throughout the apartment. Brandon and Chase answered my message about reserving their home within an hour. We were very fortunate that their place was available. We sat out on the front porch in the mornings. It was nice to have the vines along the lattice for privacy. The street was quiet and we didn't notice any noise at night. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We walked to Clary's Cafe for breakfast and had dinner at The Vault Kitchen & Market. Both were within a 20 minute walk. When we come to Savannah to visit our son in the future, we will definitely reach out to Brandon & Chase to stay at their home again.

Great Savannah Home We recently stayed at Brandon & Chase's place and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a teddy bear to keep you company upstairs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to walk to Forsyth Park. We felt safe and secure throughout the entire stay. Brandon & Chase were exceptional hosts. They were very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They were proactive with communication to make sure we made it safely and had everything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. We will definitely book again in the future.

We didn’t want to leave! The home was functional and had everything we needed. We loved resting on the front porch with wine and hanging in the backyard playing board games with our children. It was close to some great restaurants and the trolley to get anywhere we wanted to go. We hope to return! Thank you!
