Great location, walk-able to all the great things to do and see in Savannah. Such a beautiful home on a beautiful street. The home is stocked with all you need to just bring your personal belongings and pick up food at the nearby store and enjoy your stay.

Title: Great Location, but Needs Some TLC I recently stayed at this place in Savannah, and while the location was fantastic, there were a few issues. The flooring, especially on the second floor, was outdated and warped, with a hole that made us feel a bit uneasy about our safety. It really took away from the charm of the place. Also, the downstairs bathroom is super cramped for taller people. Most of us had to bend down while using the toilet LOL If you're 5’3” or shorter, you might be fine >

Overall a great stay!! I used to live a couple blocks down and it was so fun to feel right back at home and the space was great for our reunion with lots of beds and living space. The coffee maker was verging broken but I pointed it out to them and am confident they will get it fixed for the next guest. We tried to check in a bit early which unfortunately couldn’t be accommodated but overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back to this property!

The home is very old and has slanted/warped floors and the doors won’t close. Priced way too high in my opinion. I rented because my son was graduating from the Marine Corps. Graduation date was delayed by 2 weeks and when I explained this they wanted to charge me an extra 250. I was appalled. After begging they dropped the extra fee to 85. It wasn’t worth the 600+ I paid for 2 nights. Would never use again.

Brandon and Chase were great hosts. We were going for a girls weekend and the 4 of us were very happy with the townhouse. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We were close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the peacefulness of the property. Lines weee clean and we had all household items needed. The floors are very old and have holes in the master bedroom and some of the flooring slopes. It’s not a very safe environment to ambulate with someone that is disabled. Those floors could cause a fall as the living room i sent the same level as the foyer. Other than that, all was good even with the hosts as the communicated very well with us bringing a handicapped friend along for the girls trip. Thank you.

First time in Savannah and it was the perfect spot for our 2 night stop before heading to our final destination. We only had a day to explore Savannah and Tybee island but it was very close to everything. There was plenty of street parking, just make sure to read the signs for street cleaning days. We’ll be back for a longer stay! Check-in was easy and the gated backyard was convenient for our pup.
