Nestled along the beautiful Jones St., this freshly updated garden apartment is a splash of uniqueness and comfort right in the heart of the downtown.
Enter the first-floor apartment through a block wall exterior hallway that tucks you away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. Step inside, where a short foyer hallway connects you to a spacious open room that connects the living, dining, and kitchen.
Enjoy an oversized sofa, sitting chairs, and a dedicated workspace in the living room. The sofa pulls out to a full mattress as well. A smart TV hangs above the workspace and is ready to stream your favorite shows.
In the kitchen, find everything you need to cook during your stay. Pots, pans, utensils, cookware, and dishware all await the chef in your group. The kitchen has a full appliance suite, including small appliances like a coffee maker and blender.
To the right of the kitchen, find the bedroom, bathroom, and wall closet containing a full washer and dryer set for your use. The bedroom is outfitted with a new queen mattress wrapped in fresh linens and pillows. A large dresser and closet provide ample storage space for extended stays. Use the back door from the bedroom to step out onto your private patio with plenty of greenery, high brick walls, and a small table and chairs set.

The parking in this area is easy to navigate, but it is metered M-F 8am-6pm (free on the weekends). Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning.

The entire garden unit is yours! You have the rear patio to yourself however, you may see the owner occasionally upstairs if they need to use their balcony.
Up to ONE dog (no cats) permitted - we will need to collect the $100 fee before your arrival.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item.
Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)
Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee.

Parking is street only, so you will need to pay to park hourly during the week, but it is free Saturday & Sunday on this block of Jones.
PET POLICY: We allow one (1) dog, no cats. The one-time pet fee is $100 and we need to receive that separately before you check-in.
