Enter The DeRenne building through a beautiful courtyard entrance. Enjoy all of the custom features of the historic building, including checkered tile floors, chandeliers, and original crown modeling trim. It will genuinely wow you as you head to the loft.
Enjoy an ample living space filled with natural light from oversized windows and French doors leading to a private balcony. Creamy white walls accented by original hardwoods and deep blacks create an extremely inviting space that will put you at ease as soon as you enter.
The living room features a deep, oversized sofa, high-top table, reading chair, and smart TV ready for streaming. Contemporary art and light fixtures add a splash of style, leaving you in awe of the space. Your private balcony provides the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail before heading to dinner.
Directly off the living room is the apartment’s galley kitchen. With its deep black cabinets, custom granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling backsplash, and brand-new appliance package, the kitchen is a dream for the chef in your group. It is fully appointed so you will have everything from pots, pans, cookware, dishware, and utensils.
The apartment's ensuite is on the opposite side of the living room and has a brand-new king-size mattress wrapped in fresh linens. A modern reading chair provides a great place to relax with your favorite book, while a contemporary dresser offers ample storage for extended stays. A second smart TV lets you enjoy your favorite shows right from bed.
The ensuite's private bathroom is one of a kind, featuring zebra-inspired tile work, a single vanity, a toilet, and a low-entry shower. The bathroom is outfitted with the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Are you driving into town? Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning. Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Drayton & E Perry stop just steps from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

The entire condo is for your use. Please enjoy the balcony just kindly keep noise levels to a minimum after 9PM. Zunzi's and McDonough's are right down/across the street - we highly recommend checking those out! :)
Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever. Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :) Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the apartment.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
