Perfect location to walk to some AWESOME local restaurants. A few of my favorite restaurants in all of Savannah are within walking distance to the house and are listed below.

- Green Truck Pub (Awesome Burger joint - all local ingredients and beer!)
- Blowin' Smoke (Modern Mexican/American cantina)
- The Vault (Modern Asian/American)
- Al Salaam Deli (small, casual Mediterranean)
Tucked away on local street close to lots of awesome restaurants. A bit on the up and up with lots of remodeling going on around!
Please park on either Price or Seiler Street as they are directly adjacent to the property. BE SURE to check the street signs as there are street sweepers that come twice a week and you will have to park accordingly.
The easiest way to get around is with UBER/LYFT as it is only a 5 min drive to Bay/River St. but parking is always difficult to find with your own car.

Up to TWO dogs permitted (no cats) - Pet fee is $100 for one dog and $150 for two dogs. Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :) Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee
