Built in 2020, this beautiful studio apartment sits atop a single-car garage on a quiet alleyway off Park Street. Ascend the stairs to the entryway and use your unique door code to enter. Inside, you'll find an open-concept studio that boasts a full kitchen, a relaxing living space, and a queen bed.
The kitchen is maximized for efficiency with a full appliance package, custom cabinetry, and a peninsula island offering ample counter space for dining atop counter-height barstools. Open shelving makes it easy to find dishware and coffee mugs.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, facing a smart TV ready to stream your favorite entertainment. Clean white walls and beautiful wood accents create a warm and inviting space perfect for unwinding.
Behind the TV is a queen bed wrapped in fresh linens and plush pillows. A large armoire provides ample storage for extended stays.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Henry and Paulsen WB just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

The entire studio is set up for your use, and there is room to park one car (as shown in the photos) in the gravel driveway.
Smoking only permitted outside when all doors/windows are closed. You may park one vehicle at your own risk in our cut out in the driveway (can fit even a large truck).
