Tastefully modern garden-level apartment right off of the beautiful, historic Jones Street. The owner of this unit is a famous Emmy winning Director, who just recently had the whole place remodeled. It is very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We are right in the heart of the Historic District with some of the most iconic restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. We offer free WiFi, a Smart TV, washer/dryer and plenty of lounge space for a perfect, relaxing getaway!

Space

We offer a very spacious living/dining area with plenty of seating. We have a generously sized kitchen that is fully equipped with all standard-sized appliances for those who like to cook. Includes a drip coffee maker for your use and we stock coffee and fixings to go with it. The queen bedroom has a dresser and a walk-in closet for those who like to pack a bit on the heavier side! The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with modern tile. If you need to do laundry while you are here, there is a washer/dryer in the closet for your use :)

The Neighborhood

Our place is on the coveted Jones Street right in the heart of the Historic District in Downtown Savannah. We have a very safe neighborhood where many of the folks live permanently. It is tucked away just enough from the tourist areas so that it is quiet at night, but just a quick walk to the action. Truly family-oriented! We are just under a mile away from City Market/River Street/Bay Street.

Getting around

There is a FREE shuttle that picks up just one block down Jones at the corner of Drayton/Charlton Ln. This will take you up and down the Historic District and can drop you off at City Market. Otherwise we recommend using Uber/Lyft as parking around town can be pretty chaotic and is usually less than $5 to get anywhere.

Guest Access

You may use anything in the apartment that suits your fancy :) as we stated above, we have a free washer/dryer for your use in the closet by the bathroom.

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Interaction

We are available to guests via mobile Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm. We don't live far so if you should need anything or have any issues, just let us know.
If you have any emergencies call 911.

Other things to note

There are residents that live above, next door, in front, etc. (many of whom live permanently) so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous to your neighbors.

The apartment was easy to locate, pristinely cleaned, well appointed, and comfortable. Paid parking nearby was very convenient. The neighborhood was walkable and beautiful with a coffee shop, restaurants, and a great pub close by. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, utensils, nice dinnerware, and cookware. We plan to return to Brandon and Chase’s place on our next visit to Savannah.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at your property in Savannah. 1. The check-in process was smooth and straghtforward. And, the unit was ready at the check-in time. Whenever we texted a question, it was answered within minutes. 2. The unit was clean. and not just superifically clean like someone gave it a quick once over. It was evident that the housekeeping staff worked diligently to make the property a place where they would be happy to stay themselves. They should be commended. 3. The unit was updated nicely. The furniture was in excellent shape and everything worked! 4. There were many thoughtful touches including coffee. 5. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. 6. Bed was great! 7. We stayed mid week. Parking was available right outside the unit. 8. This was one of our best stays. This management team covered all the bases.

The location was perfect for exploring Savannah. It was quiet but close to everything. The bed was comfortable and we loved the rain shower! Communication and instructions were great. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Forsyth Park a couple blocks away and downtown 10-15 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood. Found parking on the street right in front of the entrance. Perfect size for a couple. Quick communication. No complaints. Would stay again.
