Tastefully modern garden-level apartment right off of the beautiful, historic Jones Street. The owner of this unit is a famous Emmy winning Director, who just recently had the whole place remodeled. It is very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We are right in the heart of the Historic District with some of the most iconic restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. We offer free WiFi, a Smart TV, washer/dryer and plenty of lounge space for a perfect, relaxing getaway!

Space

We offer a very spacious living/dining area with plenty of seating. We have a generously sized kitchen that is fully equipped with all standard-sized appliances for those who like to cook. Includes a drip coffee maker for your use and we stock coffee and fixings to go with it. The queen bedroom has a dresser and a walk-in closet for those who like to pack a bit on the heavier side! The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with modern tile. If you need to do laundry while you are here, there is a washer/dryer in the closet for your use :)

The Neighborhood

Our place is on the coveted Jones Street right in the heart of the Historic District in Downtown Savannah. We have a very safe neighborhood where many of the folks live permanently. It is tucked away just enough from the tourist areas so that it is quiet at night, but just a quick walk to the action. Truly family-oriented! We are just under a mile away from City Market/River Street/Bay Street.

Getting around

There is a FREE shuttle that picks up just one block down Jones at the corner of Drayton/Charlton Ln. This will take you up and down the Historic District and can drop you off at City Market. Otherwise we recommend using Uber/Lyft as parking around town can be pretty chaotic and is usually less than $5 to get anywhere.

Guest Access

You may use anything in the apartment that suits your fancy :) as we stated above, we have a free washer/dryer for your use in the closet by the bathroom.

House Rules Desc

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Interaction

We are available to guests via mobile Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm. We don't live far so if you should need anything or have any issues, just let us know.
If you have any emergencies call 911.

Other things to note

There are residents that live above, next door, in front, etc. (many of whom live permanently) so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous to your neighbors.

This place was in a the perfect spot to walk to anything and everything!! Very clean and everything we needed they even brought over a coffee pot before we even knew there was a problem with the one there . We will definitely be back and hopefully this is available for us to stay !! We had an amazing 3 days in Savannah before heading back to a huge snowstorm! Debbie &Justin Redman

My wife and I had a great time staying here for New Years. We loved staying here, everything was very clean and had everything we needed. the location was great, could walk to all the area in the historic district. We looked at many hotels before finding this place and for the great price and the fact that you have your own little house, it was a no brainer staying here. We were able to enjoy it for 3 nights, and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Savannah. thank you Brandon and Chase for providing such a great place at such a good price, and for being so responsive when we had questions. Stay here, you will be so glad you did!!!

We made a last minute trip and were very fortunate to get a deep discount, (cold weather likely worked to our favor). Brandon and Chase and Max were very responsive to any questions or needs. The apartment was peaceful and just a short walk to some of Savannah's, most beautiful squares, architecture, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was comfortable and clean... Real kitchen and living area to relax and kick back in. The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean.

We were in Savannah for my daughter’s wedding so you can imagine how plans continually changed and Brandon and Chase were wonderful. The apartment was beautiful and clean and after days of wedding stuff we got plenty of rest on a comfortable bed. We highly recommend this property. Thank you B and C for the memories.

Location was perfect with easy street parking out front. Lovely area with all of Savannah's charm at our doorstep! Brandon and Chase were very attentive during our stay, making sure our needs were met.

This apartment was perfect for a little getaway weekend for me and my family! It was walkable to just about everywhere downtown. The surrounding area was very pretty and safe! Forsyth park was right around the corner, the location was hands down the best part for me. We hardly drove our car all weekend. The hosts were great and very responsive. The apartment was neat and clean. We loved our stay and when we visit Savannah again we will stay here! Highly recommend this apartment!
