Description

This is a late 1800's Victorian home - we have kept some of the original features, such as the doors/trim, hardwood floors and some fixtures. It has been updated/renovated to adjust to the times, giving you everything you need to call this space home!

Has kitchen essentials - coffee maker, grinder, toaster, microwave. All utensils included in drawers and cabinets.

The Neighborhood

Just a few blocks away from Forsyth park - about a 2 minute walk. Great coffee/breakfast spots right there at your fingertips.

Getting around

Aside from being only blocks away from the historically famous Forsyth Park, you can make it downtown near Broughton St./City Market in about 15 minutes walking. Typically less than a $5 Uber ride.

Guest Access

PARKING IS EASY! Just pull right up in front of the house and park. Be sure to check the street signs for information on which side of the street to park on for which night as there are street sweepers.

There is a comfortable and private backyard area with table and chairs.

House Rules Desc

Up to TWO dogs permitted (no cats) - Pet fee is $100 for one dog and $150 for two dogs.

Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item.

Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee.

Interaction

We live in town - so if you need anything during reasonable hours, feel free to call or text.

Other things to note

We have a 2 dog maximum, no cats. The one-time pet fee for one dog is $100, and $150 for 2.

Brandon and Chase's place is walkable to several resturants and Forsyth Park. Easy drive to other points of interest in Savannah. They responded quickly to questions.

Cute home in a peaceful neighborhood! We especially enjoyed the location to downtown as we walked to local restaurants and shopping. The onsite parking was also very convenient for our needs.

Great location. Grocery story is right around the corner. Super easy to get in and out of. Was able to park on the side street beside the property. Super safe. We came down for NYE and it was a quick 10-15 minute drive, 20-25 min walk to River Street. Forsyth Park was 2 blocks away. Forsyth Park is always a stop on our trips to Savannah. Brandon and Chase provided all the information and answered all questions quickly. Thanks!

Loved the location of this airbnb for our short trip to Savannah. Walking distance to Forsyth park and our new favorite cafe Maté Factor. Easy parking and check in and very communicative and helpful hosts.

Charming little place, very comfortable for my daughter and I to spend a few nights in Savannah with our little pooch (watch for the steep $100 pet fee). Food options and Forsyth park are very close by and the neighbors were friendly. We didn't have any problems and enjoyed our stay.

The place is right on the center close to a park. Parking for free in front of the house easy possible. The owners are dog friendly. Kitchen is good equipped in case someone wants to cook. Place was very clean and we had tons of towels 😎 would stay there again. Specifically the little patio is sweet which we could not enjoy as we only did a stop over. Definitely will stay there again and then book more than one night!
