Space

This is a late 1890's Victorian home - we have kept some of the original features, such as the doors/trim, hardwood floors and some fixtures. It has been updated/renovated to adjust to the times, giving you everything you need to call this space home!

The Neighborhood

Our space is part of the beautiful Victorian District in Savannah, one of the first "suburbs" to be developed in the late 1800's. WE ARE 2 BLOCKS FROM FORSYTH PARK! You cannot beat that!

Getting around

There is a free trolley ride that picks up at the top of Forsyth Park (just walk down Park Ave. two blocks and in front of the shops is the stop). There is also a FREE City "uber" called The Downtowner - download the app and use it like you would any ride share app, but it's free. Otherwise, an Uber will run you about $5 to get to River/Bay St.

Guest Access

PARKING IS EASY! Just pull right up in front of the house and park. ***Be sure to check the street signs for information on which side of the street to park on for which night as there are street sweepers.***

You may access the entire home as well as the designated outdoor areas (side deck and rear patio).
There is a washer/dryer you may use at any point in your stay.

House Rules Desc

Up to TWO dogs permitted (no cats) - Pet fee is $100 for one dog and $150 for two dogs.

Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item.

Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee.

This home was clean and safe. Short drive to river walk. Short walk to Forsyth Park. We had a little trouble with the A/C not cooling (Savannah in the summer heat!) but the host brought us fans and they really helped cool it off! The hosts were very easy to work with to get our problem solved! We enjoyed our stay in Savannah in this home!

This place has a lot of pros: great location, very clean, available parking, laundry machines, easy to find and access. The hosts provide clear instructions ahead of check-in and check-out. The blue of the living room is striking, and the bathroom has a serene feel. The bedrooms are quaint, and the one with the wood beams and paneling has a strong, not quite pleasant wood smell, so it may not suit the needs of someone with sensitivity to scent.

This was a lovely three bedroom home for our sisters weekend. We were close to everything we wanted to explore and do. The home was clean and the neighborhood very quiet. We did not have many questions for Brandon and Chase during our stay, but when we did reach out, they were very quick to respond. We had a wonderful visit to Savannah and staying at Brad and Chase's made it all very easy.

So we showed up to this abnb and there was someone else in the property illegally and we could not enter the premises. The property owners immediately moved us to another property a couple blocks away and took great care to be quick as it was midnight when we arrived and had all this happen. I’ve never had this experience when showing up to a property so I am very grateful that they quickly address the problem and moved us somewhere safe. I would recommend this property management and any of their listed properties, even aside from the initial issues, they follow thru with their commitment for great service

Brandon was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The home was comfortable and had what you needed. The beds were ok. It is my preference to have a better mattress. Otherwise the mattress will work for others. I would suggest if you are going in the summer time bring a fan for the bedrooms. We were there when there was a heat wave and it got hot in the home during the daytime (temperature was in the 90’s with an index over 100). It is walkable to Forsyth park where you can catch the trolly. They also provide you with a list of restaurants which is very helpful. It was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

Truly lovely, great location, walkable to Forsyth Park. Riverwalk was only a $7 Lyft, so super convenient if you didn’t want to walk. Would definitely book again!!

Awesome, responsive hosts. The location is in a fantastic spot. VERY clean and the space felt very welcoming and cozy. We would love to visit and stay again!
