Space

This is a late 1890's Victorian home - we have kept some of the original features, such as the doors/trim, hardwood floors and some fixtures. It has been updated/renovated to adjust to the times, giving you everything you need to call this space home!

The Neighborhood

Our space is part of the beautiful Victorian District in Savannah, one of the first "suburbs" to be developed in the late 1800's. WE ARE 2 BLOCKS FROM FORSYTH PARK! You cannot beat that!

Getting around

There is a free trolley ride that picks up at the top of Forsyth Park (just walk down Park Ave. two blocks and in front of the shops is the stop). There is also a FREE City "uber" called The Downtowner - download the app and use it like you would any ride share app, but it's free. Otherwise, an Uber will run you about $5 to get to River/Bay St.

Guest Access

PARKING IS EASY! Just pull right up in front of the house and park. ***Be sure to check the street signs for information on which side of the street to park on for which night as there are street sweepers.***

You may access the entire home as well as the designated outdoor areas (side deck and rear patio).
There is a washer/dryer you may use at any point in your stay.

House Rules Desc

Up to TWO dogs permitted (no cats) - Pet fee is $100 for one dog and $150 for two dogs.

Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item.

Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee.

The place is spacious. While there were only two people and a dog in our group, the cottage could comfortably accommodate six people and a pet with three bedrooms. The living room has comfortable furniture and the kitchen is well proportioned. The place is close to famous Forsyth Park, which has one of the best restaurants in the city, Collins Quarter. We highly recommend this accommodation.

This place was absolutely stunning. From the level of cleanliness, to the coziness, to the curated-ness. The hosts were extremely friendly, informative and flexible. Had a great girls weekend - I highly recommend this place for a couple, or a group. Awesome. ⭐️

This is our second stay at one of Brandon and Chase's properties and once again it did not disappoint! The property was super clean and we received clear instructions on parking and self check-in. Small attentions to detail like the filled and frozen ice cube trays, cold filtered water in the fridge and a full-sized coffee pot with all the fixings are always a nice touch to make our stays extra comfortable. The property is in walking distance to Forsyth Park, shopping and plenty of delicious restaurants! I look forward to our next stay at one of Brandon and Chase's properties! Thank you for being great hosts!

Great location - only a few blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park, several restaurants and grocery store. We really enjoyed the scenic and easy walk through the park to City Market and the downtown riverfront. Home was clean and as described - updates were tastefully done while still maintaining the original Victorian character, had a nice outdoor space, appreciated having a designated parking spot, and was more spacious than we expected. Kitchen could probably use a few more supplies (pots/pans, plates, etc) but it wasn't an issue for us since we usually ate out and there were only two of us. Brandon and Chase were responsive and welcoming. We had a fun stay and would recommend to others!

Great location!!! It was so nice being able to walk out the door and be just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park! We walked a few different nights checking out all the beautiful homes and parks, too - went a different way each night and felt comfortable doing so in the neighborhood. The house was as described; clean and comfortable with just the right amount of decorations/no clutter. We enjoyed the different themed bedrooms - they fit each of us perfectly. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you!!!
