Tastefully modern garden-level apartment right on the beautiful, historic Jones Street. The owner of this unit is a famous Emmy winning Director, who just recently had the whole place remodeled. It is clean, modern and plenty bright with windows facing Jones Street and Barnard St. We are right in the heart of the Historic District with some of the most iconic restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. We offer free WiFi, a Smart TV, washer/dryer and plenty of lounge space for a perfect, relaxing getaway!

Space

We offer a very spacious living/dining area with plenty of seating. We have a generously sized kitchen that is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances for those who like to cook. We have a drip coffee maker for your use and we stock coffee and fixings to go with it. The queen bedroom has a dresser and a walk-in closet for those who like to pack a bit on the heavier side! The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with modern tile. If you need to do laundry while you are here, there is a washer/dryer in the closet for your use :)

The Neighborhood

Our place is on the coveted Jones Street right in the heart of the Historic District in Downtown Savannah. We have a very safe neighborhood where many of the folks live permanently. It is tucked away just enough from the tourist areas so that it is quite at night, but just a quick walk to the action. Truly family-oriented! We are just under a mile away from City Market/River Street/Bay Street.

Getting around

There is a FREE shuttle that picks up just one block down Jones at the corner of Whitaker/Jones. This will take you up and down the Historic District and can drop you off at City Market. Otherwise we recommend using Uber/Lyft as parking around town can be pretty chaotic and is usually less than $5 to get anywhere.

Guest Access

You may use anything in the apartment that suits your fancy :) as we stated above, we have a free washer/dryer for your use in the closet by the bathroom. There is an outdoor storage area behind the front iron gate if you want to leave sandy beach chairs, wet umbrellas, etc.

House Rules Desc

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.
Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)

Interaction

We are available to guests via mobile Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm. We don't live far so if you should need anything or have any issues, just let us know.
If you have any emergencies call 911.

Other things to note

There are residents that live above, next door, behind, etc. (many of whom live permanently) so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous to your neighbors.

Place was exactly as described and in the most perfect walkable location! Walkable to the riverfront, forsyth park, and lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Plus Jones Street is gorgeous and much quieter than surrounding streets. This was a downstairs apartment so we sometimes heard the people living/staying upstairs as mentioned in other reviews but wasn’t bad at all! My husband is a light sleeper but any noises we heard at night were covered by our sound machine that we brought and by the provided ear plugs. Would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Savannah and want to be able to walk everywhere!

I loved my stay at Brandon & Chase’s place. The location is ideal, walkable to all kinds of restaurants yet it feels secluded and private. I will definitely look to stay here again!

My wife and I recently stayed at Brandon and Chase's place in Savannah and it worked out even better than we anticipated. Everything from the location, the quality of the spaces, and the cleanliness matched or exceeded expectations. The location could not be better as a starting point for walking around Savannah. It is located on a quiet and gorgeous street in this historic area and very easy to walk around the city. We appreciated the private parking spot off the alley, so we could leave our car for the most of the stay and walk around knowing it was safe and not deal with street parking and meters. The space itself matches the photos online perfectly. It is very easy to find and access because it is located on the ground floor. All the amenities are listed and featured in the post and worked perfectly for our needs. The hosts provided timely and concise details for check-in and check-out and we apprecaited the prompt response time. Would stay here again.

We had booked another Airbnb and it turned out not what we had expected all hotels were booked. We did a last minute check and Brandon and Chases listing came up. It was clean and was perfect. We appreciated them accommodating us on short notice. Will book again.

Brandon & Chase were very flexible & responsive. Great place. Great location. If you have allergies it could be a problem. They us a very strong perfume odor on the carpets. My allergies were terribly activated and made my stay there rather challenging as a result.

This is a lovely apartment in a gorgeous, walkable location in the historic section of Savannah. Free parking is included which is a great perk. We rarely took the car out though because we could walk or take public transportation everywhere. Highly recommend!

Super clean. Perfect location for walking all of historic Savannah. Unit was easy to get into & stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet street especially in the evenings.
