Dating back to the late 1920's, the stunning architecture and historic features are obvious at every turn. This quintessentially Ardsley Park home offers everything you need to make it your next remote work station. We offer 2 generous bedrooms, 1 clean and bright tiled bathroom with loads of storage, a charming light-filled kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, plenty of spacious living areas with two private desk spaces, STRONG Wi-Fi, Smart TV and best of all, a private backyard that has warm Savannah mornings and a latte written all over it! This place is wrapped in charm that you do NOT want to pass up. As soon as you walk through the door you're hit with a light-filled living room with cozy furniture that will have you wanting to get lost in a book. It is paired with a work desk with a window view that you can call your work-from-home-away-from-home work station. The bedrooms are generous with queens in each, offering plenty of room for clothes and extra baggage. We have a simple, bright kitchen which looks to be right out of a European farmhouse and is filled with plenty of utensils and cookware. Our completely private, fenced-in backyard is the perfect place to have coffee in the morning or that much-needed glass of wine after a long day! We offer a gas grill and utensils for those looking to throw on a steak for dinner. The private driveway can fit up to 4 tandem vehicles, but the street parking is free also. We encourage you to use the driveway to park, leaving room on the street for visitors and other neighbors. Founded in the early 1900's Ardsley Park is one of the most prominent neighborhoods in Savannah. It is filled with almost every revival and eclectic architectural style from that time period. Taking a stroll around the neighborhood, you are met with some of the most beautiful bungalows in Savannah, including ours! :) The whole neighborhood is so peaceful, riddled with small open-air parks and gorgeous, well-maintained landscapes. Addicted to HGTV? Just walk down any street and you'll git your fix and fall in love with the wide-ranging architecture and all that Ardsley has to offer. We are practically equidistant to McCauley Park, Solomons Park, and Hull Park. We are only a beautiful bike ride away from a grocery store, liquor store and several awesome local restaurants. This is a very bike-friendly and walkable neighborhood. We are less than a 5 min. drive to Habersham Village, a small neighborhood shopping center. It includes a grocery store, liquor store, gas station, etc. Some really awesome and very local restaurants and shops, including Bar Food, Coffee Deli, The 5 Spot Kitchen & Bar, Habersham Beverage, River Street Sweets and much more! Whole Foods can be found in the opposite direction which is also about 5 minutes away. We have lights out back that are on a timer, set to come on at 7pm and off at midnight. We ask that you keep outside noise down after 11pm as we respect the neighbors and want to maintain good relationships with everyone! We are all a part of this community and need to be respectful.
