May I check-in early or check-out late?
Changes to your existing reservation such as early check-ins or check-outs depend on our housekeeping schedule. The best thing to do is send us your request 24 hours prior to your check-in or check-out time and we will try our best to accommodate you. While there is no issue with checking out earlier than the expected check-out time for your reservation, a quick message to our team is always greatly appreciated. 🙂
What is your policy on pets?
We love our furry friends, however, some of our owners do not allow pets in their homes. For our pet-friendly rentals, properties are indicated by a paw symbol in the title. If you have a Service Animal, please call, text or email to let us know ahead of time.
Do you offer baby equipment?
We stock Pack and Plays and can have them delivered before your arrival for a fee. We don’t carry other baby equipment, however, we recommend you check out sites like BabyQuip where you can rent almost any baby item you need during your stay.
Where will I park?
Please check your listing details as parking procedures and restrictions vary throughout the city of Savannah. If you need any assistance with further information, please contact us directly at 912-499-0777.
Do you have cooking utensils?
Yes, our units are fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We also provide salt, pepper, and oil at each of our vacation rentals.
Do you provide coffee?
Yes, we provide a coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar in all our units.
Can we leave our bags in the apartment before check-in?
Our luggage storage varies per location and availability. Please call us at (912) 499-0777 and we will be happy to provide guidance.
Do you provide linens/towels?
Absolutely! South Key provides fresh linens and towels to all guests staying at our vacation rentals.
Do your properties offer high-speed WiFi and Internet services?
Yes, our properties provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with app-based Smart TVs, making it easy to log in to your favorite streaming services.
