The Space

Originally built in 1871, this wonderful historic home is tucked away in a quiet section along the southern edge of the historic district, north. Walk along the brick-laid sidewalks to find Price Manor on the corner of Price and E Harris, where you will take in the long row of traditional colonial homes. Enter the home through the small staircase at the front of the house. Immediately inside, you notice the original hardwood flooring, a large staircase to the second floor, and a long hallway that connects the main level. To the right, enter the primary living space featuring new comfortable furnishings, an original fireplace, high ceilings, and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. Beautifully crafted pocket doors allow you to close off the living room. Working toward the back of the house, travel through a second cased opening into the dining room. Find a table set for four beneath a classical colonial chandelier—a great place to gather for a meal or a fun game night with friends. Directly off the dining room is the home’s galley kitchen. Featuring new appliances, including a gas stove, the kitchen is fully appointed and ready to cook. Find everything you need, from pots, pans, dishware, and small appliances. Brew fresh coffee to start your day with the provided coffee maker and coffee. At the back of the home, find a half-bath powder room along with a full laundry room with a washer and dryer that are for your use during your stay. Travel up the long staircase to the second floor to the home’s two ensuites. Both bedrooms boast brand-new queen mattresses wrapped in fresh linens with comfortable pillows. Relax in bed and stream your favorite shows with your own smart TV. Find ample storage with closets and oversized dressers and enjoy classic accents like high ceilings, original fireplaces, and stylish décor. Both rooms feature oversized windows that fill the rooms with abundant natural light.  Featuring two private bathrooms on the second floor, there is plenty of room to prepare for the day. In one bathroom, find a shower/tub combination and single vanity; in the other, find a low-entry shower and pedestal sink. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. Working from home while you visit Savannah? The primary bedroom has a dedicated workspace, and our high-speed WIFI is perfect for video conferencing and multitasking.

Getting Around

Parking is free on the street in this area. Just need to pay attention to the street signs throughout Savannah as we have street sweepers twice a week, and will need to park accordingly overnight. There's a FREE shuttle that picks up only 2 blocks away at Price & Liberty! This is a free "trolley" style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran "uber". Just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :)
